Company Policies

Booking Policy. To secure a date, a $150 non-refundable retainer/deposit for total services of package(s) is required to book and guarantee services, which will be applied and credited toward the final balance due.  Due to the possibility of schedule conflicts, additional hair added after contract signing or changes made to location and time of event will be done at the sole discretion of Unicorn Hair Queen, LLC.  All deposits paid are non-refundable, and non-transferable to another date, product or service. Cancellation Policy. 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED.  Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice or no-shows will result in full charge of the reserved service amount.  Any multiple services, combos or last-minute bookings must be held with a credit card. A credit card “HOLD” transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the appointment time. The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our team members’ schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.  Unicorn Hair Queen policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. Refund Policy.  Any deposit monies paid by client will be refunded if appointment is cancelled within three (3) business days of booking. After the three-day grace period, should a client cancel the booking or any service on a contract, the deposit will not be refunded, transferred, or applied to other services or products. We do not issue refunds on salon services or products. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost only with in the two of the initial service.  Please understand that we are unable to re-use hair product which is installed on clients. Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”).
